There's always been a big dilemma
as I've been thinking on whether to accept my course for nus.
I mean my top most choice has always been fass
as thats where I have always thought I'll be in.
Come on, I'm in the arts stream!
Was seriously considering to appeal as like many
who got worse grades than me still managed to get into fass.
But my cousin has managed to brainwash
me!!! and my mum into taking real estate.
Uncle harold is a lecturer there and before that,
he was raking in big moolah (((((: in the private sector
until he got bored lah.



food for thought!
I've thought that real estate was like selling houses etc.
hah, actually the course is about evaluating and
deciding on the value of the land and whether it's a good investment blah blah.



ANW he said the only reason I managed to get into real estate,
which I would not have gotten in,
like in the past 2 years is due to the fact that
the moe asked them to increase their intake.
hint hint yeah. Like money signs flashing now! $$$$
I was like okay, this sounds good!!
So wth, I submitted my application already.

so now I'm in real estate! omg omg omg.
This is so not me.







and I still don't know anyone besides ken
who got into the same course as me. ))))):
and he's going to appeal.
